India’s Test Skipper, one of world’s best cricketers, Virat Kohli has purchased a luxury apartment in Worli, Mumbai. If reports are to be believed, then the ‘IPL 9 Player of the Tournament’ bought the luxury apartment in ‘Omkar Realtors and Developers’ residential project – “Sky Bungalows.”
Reports suggest that Virat paid a whopping amount of Rs. 34 crores to book his 7,171-sq-ft sea-view apartment on the 35th floor of tower C of the project. It is to be noted here that Yuvraj Singh already has his apartment in the same tower C on the 29th floor. Yuvi bought it in 2014.
“While the talks for buying the apartment have been going on for the last few months, the transaction has been concluded recently. While the apartment will be bare-shell, it can be customised into a lavish five-bedroom house,” a source told.
So, does this mean that the apartment is going to be a love nest for most happening couple- Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma? The breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea, a sprawling living room with both dining and seating areas, minimalistic bedrooms with spa-like bathrooms, kid’s room, gym area, cigar room, kitchen and a servant’s room along with a separate kitchen– the apartment has everything that any couple will dream having in a home.
It is reported that the developer will deliver Kohli’s apartment by mid-2018.
Okay, we are also eagerly waiting to peep into the luxurious ‘home to be’ of Virat Kohli and obviously, by extension, of Anushka Sharma.
